Exploring the French Riviera: A Women's Group Adventure

The French Riviera, with its stunning coastal views, charming villages, and luxurious locales, is the perfect destination for a memorable women’s group trip. Our journey began in Nice and took us to Monaco, Cannes, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, and St. Paul De Vence. Here's a glimpse into our incredible itinerary:

Nice: Our Home Base

We made Nice our home base, staying just steps away from the bustling Piazza. This vibrant city offered us a delightful mix of activities and sights. Each morning, we wandered through the local market, brimming with fresh fruits and vibrant flowers. It was the perfect way to start our day. With an abundance of cafes, shops, and restaurants to choose from, we enjoyed leisurely afternoons sipping coffee, shopping for unique finds, and indulging in delicious meals. Strolling along the Promenade des Anglais, we soaked in the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, a perfect backdrop for our leisurely walks.

Monaco: A Glimpse of Glamour

Our next stop was Monaco, where we experienced the glamour and elegance of this tiny principality. We mostly explored Monaco’s charming streets and iconic sites on foot however we also did a little train tour and saw the following:

  • Cathedral: Visiting the Cathedral where Prince Rainier III and Princess Grace are laid to rest was a touching moment of our trip.

  • Oceanographic Museum: The museum, once directed by Jacques Cousteau, fascinated us with its incredible marine exhibits.

  • Monte Carlo Casino: We couldn’t resist giving Lady Luck a spin at the famous casino!

Cannes: Hollywood on the Riviera

In Cannes, we stepped into the world of film and glamou at the Film Festival Palace. We had a blast taking pictures on the red carpet at the iconic Palais des Festivals, home to the famous Cannes Film Festival.

Saint Jean Cap Ferrat: Elegance and Tranquility

Our visit to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat was a highlight of the trip. We toured the stunning Villa Ephrussi De Rothschild and its beautifully landscaped gardens. Our visit was topped off with a delicious lunch overlooking the picturesque surroundings.

St. Paul De Vence: Artistic Charm

Our final stop was the enchanting hilltop medieval village of St. Paul De Vence. This artsy town offered a perfect blend of history and culture. We enjoyed great shopping, beautiful landscapes, and delightful restaurants nestled in the scenic countryside.

Our women's group trip to the French Riviera was a perfect blend of relaxation, culture, and adventure. From the bustling markets of Nice to the luxurious halls of the Monte Carlo Casino, each day brought new experiences and unforgettable memories.
